Online bookings are not confirmed until the salon checks and accepts the appointment.

If booking combination appointments (i.e. Cut and Colour), we will need to contact you to book the second part of your appointment.
Skin testing is required for new clients at least 48 hours prior to hair colour, brow tinting, High Definition Brow and Lash Lift appointments.
If you would travel to more than one of our salons, please check both bookings systems!
If a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice or fails to show for three or more appointments, they will be requested to pay the full appointment price for the highest value visit.
